20-Day Constant Temp Conditioning

Before entering the processing line, wood undergoes conditioning in our vacuum drying kilns to lock moisture content at 8.5%, completely eliminating internal stress.

Using German eco-friendly UV-resistant water-based paint, undergoing six rounds of spraying and sanding to present a silk-like raw wood touch.
